The UbuCon Summit is getting closer, and it will take place on January 21-22, 2016. Here is what’s going to happen on those two days.
It’s been a while since the last Ubuntu Summit that gathered people in the same room, and it looks like it’s going to be a really interesting convention. For the past few years, Ubuntu summits happened behind web cameras and developers didn’t leave their homes. The need for an actual meeting has been growing in the community, and now it’s finally happening.
The Ubuntu Summit will be pretty much like all of the others, with the exception that the discussions will be more focused on some of the bigger aspects of the Ubuntu ecosystem and less on specific tasks. The Ubuntu Developer Summits are still the place for those discussions, so nothing is lost.
