Łukasz Zemczak of Canonical reports that the OTA-10 update for Ubuntu Touch is getting closer and closer to a final release, which should be out for all supported Ubuntu Phone devices, as well as the new Ubuntu tablet, BQ Aquaris M10, later this month or during the first week of April.
He also notes that the new VPN feature has been finalized and that, after updating to OTA-10, users will notice a VPN panel in the System Settings. Additionally, there will be lots of updates to the pay and location service, better support for Web Apps in the Browser app, and improvements to Indicator-Datetime and the EDS Plugin for Qt PIM module’s Organizer.
OTA-10 will be, of course, the first in many updates for the BQ Aquaris M10 Ubuntu Edition tablet, which should be available for purchase in the coming days from the BQ Online Store.

Looking forward to that VPN client… My VPN subscription renews in a couple of days, and it’ll be great to test this out.
