Sony Xperia Z5 and Moto G 2014 got Updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow Update

The Android 6.0 Marshmallow has rolled out to the Xperia Z5 family, but only in a few countries. Now, Sony is gathering feedback from its Xperia users, before releasing the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update and recently, the company has launched a special program called “Concept for Android”. Sony is moving slower because it’s not one of Google’s OEMs, like Motorola, which already upgraded its Moto X 2015 and Moto G 2015 and now it’s rolling out the latest firmware to its Moto G 2014 in India.
Sony needs to polish the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the Xperia models that have been accepted to receive the official software, but until that will happen, the users will be able to give feedback through the Xperia Beta Program called “Concept for Android.” The Xperia users who are accepted in this beta program will have access to a pre-release beta version of Marshmallow.
