Sometimes I just shouldn’t be let near technology.
In short: I managed to accidentally delete the mailing list.
You know how you get the little checkbox at the top of a page to select all? Well, SendInBlue has that too. Except they don’t tell you that you’re selecting everything on that page… and everything on every page. I went to delete a page of junk Yahoo email addresses. Selected all on that page, and clicked delete. BOOM! Full mailing list gone.
Sorry!
And the backup?
Backup? What’s a backup? 😀
But you’ve of course learned and have begun backing up everything now, right? —and there will be a slew of tutorials posted here about how to securely backup all the software you use, right?
PS: Do consider FeedPress for mailing list and RSS statistics!
45 minutes after submitting my email, I haven’t received a confirmation email. Should I try again? I don’t want to clutter the list with duplicates.
Resubscribed. Twice. No confirmation email ever comes.
The subcribe field is not working for me – I’m not receiving any confirmation email.
Several people have mentioned the lack of confirmation emails, so I’m just manually adding people who are in the mailing list. You should be in there.
UPDATE: it’s now a single opt-in for the mailing list. So no confirmation email is sent out, or required.
never mind, stuff happens 2 us all at times
good luck
never mind, all in a day work !!!!
